Name, email, account identifiers, connected channel/page IDs, OAuth tokens, usage logs (IP, browser), and moderation decisions, video content you upload or import, and the transcripts and short clips generated from it.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you, connect to YouTube/Instagram, generate and publish shorts at your request, log activity for support, and monitor platform health.

3. Who We Share Data With

Only with the platforms you integrate (e.g., Meta, Google), and third-party service providers that help us operate the service — including cloud hosting/storage and automated transcription and AI processing. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Tokens and channel metadata persist while the connection stays active or until you revoke access. Deleted channels and tokens are purged within 30 days.

6. Your Rights & Contact

Email info@mintistudio.com to request data export or deletion. You may revoke OAuth permissions directly in the Google or Meta dashboards.
