MintiStudio helps you upload, transcribe, edit, generate, and publish short-form videos. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos, transcripts, clips, titles, and related materials you upload, import, or generate through MintiStudio. You give us permission to host, process, transcribe, transform, and publish that content only as needed to operate the service for you.

4. Connected Platforms

If you connect YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other third-party platforms, you authorize MintiStudio to act on your instructions using those connections. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms, policies, and publishing rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use MintiStudio to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute harmful or abusive material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, import, or process through MintiStudio. Content must be either (a) created and owned by you, (b) licensed to you by the rights holder, (c) distributed under an open-source or Creative Commons license, or (d) used in a manner consistent with fair use or other applicable exceptions. Uploading, processing, or publishing content you do not have the right to use is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal of the content, suspension or termination of your account, or a takedown under the process described below.

6. Plans, Limits, and Availability

Features, quotas, export limits, transcription minutes, and storage limits may depend on your plan. We may update pricing, features, and reasonable usage limits from time to time. Service availability may also depend on third-party providers and platform APIs.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, or if continued operation is not practical. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you believe content processed or published through MintiStudio infringes your copyright, contact us at info@mintistudio.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, (b) the location of the material on the service, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material and suspend or terminate the responsible account. We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers

MintiStudio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transcription accuracy, or that generated output will always meet your expectations or the requirements of third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintiStudio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
